    This is the perfect family cabin offering an outdoor Spa, separate Game Room w/full size Arcade Games, Foosball Table, Flat Screen TV & Bar, large fenced yard, walking distance to Big Bear Lake & Meadow Park, centrally located less than a 1/4 mile to Snow Summit Ski Resort and 1 mile to Bear Mountain Ski Resort. Walk a few short blocks to the lake & Meadow Park or drive 2 minutes to downtown shopping, dining, entertainment and local markets.

    This is a single level ranch style home. offering 1,800 sq. ft. of living space and a separate game room.The Kitchen is beautiful, very modern and spacious with a Bar-top counter & 2 Bar Stools, dishwasher, fully equipped with all necessities. The Dining Room offers a large Dining Table and a Flat Screen TV. The Living Room offers a Flat Screen TV w/DVD Player, large sectional sofa and a Wood Burning Fireplace.

    The Master Bedroom is quite large with a King Bed, Flat Screen TV, Wood Burning Rock Fireplace and sitting area, 2nd Bedroom offers a Queen Bed and Flat Screen TV, 3rd Bedroom offers two sets of Bunk Beds with 5 twin beds and a Flat Screen TV. The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
NEVER TURN HEAT OFF. Doing so will cause pipes to freeze and burst. If pipes burst due to heat being turned off, you will be responsible for all repairs and damages. Before departing set heat to 55*.
Remove all trash from the property and take to public trash sites (see map to local trash locations on the refrigerator)
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

No Spa use between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am. No outside noise after 10:00 pm. Do not exceed max occupancy: Max guests allowed is 9. Max cars allowed is 3.
No Smoking. Never leave pets unattended inside or outside home. NEVER PARK ON STREET. Vehicles will be towed by Code Enforcement at your expense.
Take all trash to public trash site before departing (see map on refrigerator). Violation of stated rules will result in fine of $500. - $1500. each.
