Exceeding max occupancy incurs fines and an additional $100 per guest per night. Limit of 2 vehicles; guests are responsible for any fines.
We have 2 security cameras located at the front door and above the garage that record video and sound 24/7 for security purposes. No street parking.
Add Pets to reservation. A fine of $500.00 will be assessed for unregistered pets. Do not leave pets unattended and Not allowed on beds and couch.
