Peaceful cottage
so cute and well done with care and love. Neighborhood was so very quite. We had a very peaceful 4 day stay, just what we were looking for. I would have liked more light to read, but did it on front porch and back patio. We stay again on next Big Bear visit. Host is super nice.

Best Big Bear Ever

I would stay here again.
I enjoyed the full-size fireplace. I've stayed in condos in Mammoth that have a tiny fireplace that work nicely but make tending the fire more difficult. The communication I had with the owner was very good.

Such a vibe & great host
The cabin is so cute the photos don’t even do it justice. It’s the perfect classic cabin vibe you’d love in Big Bear. There was a mix up in the beginning of our stay but the host took care of everything swiftly and was very good at communicating everything with us to get it settled. I had my toddler with me and he loved how cool the backyard/porch area was for playing! It’s close to the main shops and lots of eating spots but away enough where you can really enjoy the woodsy atmosphere. Overall I’d definitely recommend this place to friends and family in the future, it’s so worth it!

My family and i had stayed here for 2 nights, 3 child all under the age of 10, very welcoming, close to town, the layout was petite and simple for your needs, kitchen area very convenient, fire place is a must tonuse during the night, internet, convenient, beeding situation, very comfortable, very nice layout of the little place. If your looking for a nice littlr place as a family get away, 10/10 recommend.

Perfect retreat getaway
My wife and I just spent 5 days / 4 nights at this wonderful location. We were very impressed with the rental and would highly recommend it to other guests. The rental was clean and furnished nicely - kitchen had everything we needed for our cooking needs (we tend to stay in and eat). The dishwasher was convenient and the large fridge was appreciated. We used the fireplace everyday and it worked well - the nights did drop to the high 20’s so we used the heater on and off. We prefer it cool so would turn it down to the low 60’s and still felt comfortable. Master bed was very warm and comfortable (I have back issues so am sensitive to mattresses - woke up without back pain) No issues with internet although tv connection didn’t work our first night. Plugged in the laptops for streaming and all was well Neighborhood was very quiet and close to a preserve for hiking Bathroom worked great - just be aware it is a smaller shower. No complaints from us though. We had all the supplies we needed - did bring tin foil as the only additional supply we needed We had a perfect, relaxing getaway and would stay again

Cozy Mountain Escape
Stayed here with my best friend for a summer weekend away and we enjoyed ourselves. The cabin is well appointed with everything you might need (not sure about a hair dryer - confirm with Host or bring your own). No pests, quiet neighborhood, quick access to Big Bear Lake and village. Not more than two vehicles fit in the driveway, and accommodations are best for up to four people (two beds). Just what we were looking for. Thank you!

This cozy rustic cabin bear's ascent was an amazing place to stay with my family. This small cabin in the mountain has everything we could need. We can connect to free WiFi, it surprised me with the free Netflix that we enjoy at night, bedsheets, blankets provided, shampoo, soap, cleaning products, towels, etc. The patio is a cute small place to enjoy breakfast and yoga early morning. We try to run away from the heat of this summer; unfortunately, we got some here because is no A/C. However, we had a blast time in this rustic bear cabin.

The cabin was lovely with all the necessities that you need and more! I really loved the location as it was very quiet and we met some neighbors that were very lovely and friendly! Also you can tell that the owners of the cabin really take pride in what they do and they didn't miss any detail on the cabin to make it look and feel like home! Very kid friendly! We had an absolutely great time at the cabin. We stayed for 5 nights and we enjoyed every minute we spent in the cabin. Everything was perfect and really comfortable. Two things we absolutely looked for was a cabin with a comfortable couch and a KING size bed for me and the misses. This cabin had both, we slept like we were at home. Our kids shared the queen bed and they were super happy. Thank you!!

Short Ski Trip
Great location, perfect for our family of four. Pros: Plenty of room, we loved the bear theme including the "bear towel" on the beds - very cute! Cons: Could do with additional amenities like foil in the kitchen, a bit of a pain that we had to dispose our own trash, however, the depot was easy to locate. We would definitely recommend to other families, overall it was a lovely stay.

The cabin was perfect for our family getaway. The cabin was fully decorated for Christmas. We went out and bought fire wood as it was very cold. The wall heater and fire place kept the living area warm. I would love to go back again one day. Our children loved it.

Unable to use this property due to severe illness of my wife
Unable to use this property due to my wife’s severe illness. I spoke with the owner of the property and he was totally wonderful and understanding and indicated we could use our reservation in the future for any 3 days that were not already booked. A big comfort especially under the circumstances. I would highly recommend this property from any fear of of not knowing the reputation of the owner.

Perfect Mountain Get-Away
This was our second stay at this cozy cabin. Randelle and Gabby keep this property clean and inviting. Cute decor makes you feel right at home. Being off the beaten path, this cabin allows you to have a quiet and relaxing stay. Only about a 10-12 minute drive to major restaurants and shops, and even less than that to the lake. It's a great location! Communication was effortless with the owners. With no A/C, I would recommend bringing a fan with you in the summer. This was suggested to us by Randelle, and we definitely used it during the day if we were in the cabin. We will definitely be staying here again. It has everything you need!

Book this cabin!
Big Bear is a big love for us. It’s the perfect family get away with so much to do. We knew we wanted something a little more private that felt like our own home. This cabin is it! We will never rent a different o e again, this will be our home away from home. Every detail is thought out. My daughter would ask to go back to her cabin when we were on adventures… what 4 year old wants to be at a house instead of outside?! But this home is magic. The garden has tons of details to explore and a welcoming energy that just makes you relax. It was the best decision we made, you won’t be disappointed. Looking forward to our next stay!

Weekend in Big Bear
This property is right outside Big Bear Lake and was a great place for a quiet weekend getaway. The inside is nicely decorated and has an inviting feel to it. The bed in the master bedroom was extremely comfortable. Both my husband and I commented on how well we slept. There is a little market around the corner (within walking distance) that has most items you would need. We were about a 10–15 minute car ride from the lake and hiking trails. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here and can't wait to get back to Big Bear!

We loved our stay at the "Green Cabin". The cabin was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. It has many knick knacks around the house that truly represents a Big Bear cabin. We enjoyed playing horseshoes, board games, and watching T.V. The neighborhood was nice for taking an afternoon walk. There is a trail near by which was a great surprise. The next door neighbor was super nice too. Our overall stay was very nice. Thank you! :)

Big Bear Cabin
We had a very nice get away at this lovely big bear cabin. The hosts communicated well and provided helpful instructions for check in and use. The cabin was really cute. Outside was a welcoming appearance, and inside were lots of stuffed bears and small statues which our daughter enjoyed finding and which give the place a charming and cozy feel. The master bed was very comfortable - a nice firm mattress with super soft blankets/comforters. The heater worked well, and there was plenty of hot water. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed for eating in. Everything in the cabin from appliances to linens has a nice, well-kept-up feel. The location a few blocks off the main road meant it was quiet but close enough to get in and out of town easily. Overall, we really enjoyed the time there, and hope to go back in the future.

Cute cozy getaway
This property is adorable, and equipped with everything needed for a mountain getaway. It is close to shops and places to eat, and just a short drive to larger stores (Vons, rite aid, etc). The area is beautiful and the house was easy to find. Its so nice that there is a driveway to park in! The cabin itself is cozy and has everything you need for a great stay. We had a fire and cooked dinner and enjoyed snuggling on the couch while watching movies on the giant TV. The wall heater does a great job at heating up the whole house, and the master bedroom has a HUGE bed that is very firm, but so awesome and cozy!
