Modern Grizzly Basin is a freshly remodeled Big Bear cabin that blends contemporary design with mountain warmth — perfect for couples, small families, or a group of friends looking to unwind in style. Pets are welcome too!



ArrivalPaved, level, off-street parking directly in front of the home for 2 cars — easy to load and unload even in winter. Three steps lead up to a covered front porch.



First Floor

- Open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area — bright and airy with multiple windows

- Living room with large sofa, electric fireplace, and Smart TV

- Fully equipped kitchen with large countertop and 4 barstools, fridge/freezer, 4-burner stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster

Coffee nook with a drip coffee maker and a Keurig

- Dining area at the front of the house — seats 4, beautifully lit by natural light

- Bedroom 1: King bed, small work desk and chair, Smart TV, and sliding glass doors leading to the backyard

- Loft Bedroom: Full bed — cozy and private, ideal for a solo traveler or child

Full access to the entire home, both floors, the backyard, outdoor spa, and all listed amenities. Parking for 2 vehicles in the paved driveway.
