Smoking of cigarettes is allowed only outdoors in designated areas.
No smoking or vaping of any kind inside the house.
The use, possession, or consumption of marijuana or any other drugs is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property (indoors or outdoors).

Enforcement & Penalties
If we find evidence of smoking inside, drug or marijuana use, or vaping, we reserve the right to:

Immediately terminate your stay with no refund,

Charge a cleaning and remediation fee and deduct any damages,

Require immediate departure of all guests.

By booking, you confirm your agreement to these rules.

• No smoking anywhere on property

PETS Rules:
- Two pets allowed per stay
• Prohibited pets urination and defecation in the cabin, if it is happened we will apply additional fee for professional deep cleaning
• Please clean outside of the property after your pets.
• Prohibited wash pets in the property bath or sinks.
• Prohibited to use any towels, blankets or linens for pets from property Guests must bring your own supplies for pets, everything you may need.
• Prohibited leave your pets unattended in the property.
• Barking or other animal noise may result in noise complaints.
