"When we book the room we asked for two adjoining rooms. They didn’t book with adjoining rooms so we had several rooms between the two. The first room had drywall work done on the ceiling of the bathroom that looked like a 2 year old played with the drywall mid. It was the worst patch job I have ever seen in my life. There were stains on the floors, stains on the pull out sofa bed, and that’s just in one room. The second room had a faucet that wasn’t attached to the wall in the shower, stains on the floor and was filthy before we even walked into it. But due to them being completely booked we couldn’t change rooms so we had to deal with it for the weekend. Service of the employees was good and the complimentary breakfast was great. But this was the quest room we’ve ever had with Hyatt Place hotels. "

"The breakfast was good! It had waffles, three hot items each day that rotated, cereal, bread, oatmeal, yogurt, pastries, juice and a variety of hot drinks. Room was great, staff was great and we loved the indoor pool and hot tub. Only problem was no fan in the bathroom which made it hard to air out after showers and people In the hotel parking lot playing music very loud until 11:30 at night. Otherwise highly recommend "

"My family booked this hotel specifically because we wanted to get breakfast before heading out. But all we found was a small room with a small container of pre-packaged muffins. (Did we literally miss a dining room with actual breakfast food?!?) Anyways, the room was spartan but clean. And featured a stove. But no flatware or silverware. (Easy enough to get from a call to the front desk.) However, the overall hotel was noisy into the late hours of the night. (Music playing from one of the rooms, people coming and going in the hallways.) Also the people behind the counter seemed ill equipped for anything but the most basic questions. We needed to make a modification to our booking, and they seemed 100% unable to deal with that because it was "done through Expedia". Ultimately, we regretted our say, and in hindsight would have stayed somewhere else."
