Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and return the keys
Leave house unlocked - place key back in the pewter boat and position on kitchen table.
Use white bags for daily trash.
Orange bag (lower kitchen cabinet) for overflow trash.
Trash day is Monday (as early as 5am). Bring both the green (trash) and blue (recycling) barrel to the corner of Leighton Pt and Bridge Road by Sunday evening.
Shut all windows. Please place all used dish towels, hand towels, and bathmats in a white trash bag and leave at the bottom of the stairs.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Additional propane tank under the deck. Door is under sunporch in the back yard.
