"We had a clean and comfortable room with what felt like a new king size bed for an affordable price! 😊 The staff members were polite, helpful and friendly. A complimentary breakfast was available with a number of food choices. We will definitely stay here again when in the Portland area. "

"We got here a little early about 11:49am) and asked to use the restroom, then we would come back later. I did explain that we did have a room booked. The lady just said no, barhroom was being cleaned. I could see the bathroom and it was not being cleaned. I think she should have asked for my i.d. , and once confirmed reservation, we use restroom. This was disappointing. However, when we did check in, it was a different staff person and she was amazing. Polite, respectful, charming. I will say this: Iwent down for coffee at 3:15ish and bathroom was being cleaned. So, does this mean the receptionist just did not want to be bothered earlier when we asked to use restroom? We were staying here "

"Clean, comfortable and very convenient to Thompson's point, plenty of restaurants and things to do right nearby. We stayed in a room with a shared Hall. Was not inconvenient, room still has a sink which was a nice added benefit. Coffee and breakfast was included in the morning, parking lot in the back of the hotel was convenient. Will definitely stay again!"
