Contemporary designed holiday house (300m2) with three apartments located right next to the sea in Bibinje near Zadar. Between the house and the sea, private garden with sun loungers and parasols is located and it is used as a private beach.
This Villa consists of three fully equipped apartments on two floors: one bedroom apartment (50m2 - ground floor), two bedroom apartment (70m2 - first floor) and three bedroom apartment (150m2 - ground and first floor); each of them having spacious living area and fully equipped kitchen with all together five bathrooms. All apartments have balconies with sea view, satellite TV (flat screen - SMART Tv), air conditioning and internet (wireless LAN, free). The size of all beds is 160/200cm.
In a separate area laundry room is located with washing machine and a dryer.
Our guests have access to 1.800m2 (fenced) plot area surrounded by olive and fig trees. Private parking lot is situated in front of the villa, suitable for 5 vehicles. Sea is on the other side where the private area is with outdoor shower, sun loungers, parasols and barbecue house which will make your stay delightful and relaxing.

This place is ideal for people who love nature and the sea. This is a quiet and sunny location with sea at 50m distance from the house with pebble beach. The space between the house and the sea is used as a private beach.
Roman city of Zadar is 5km away and center of Bibinje 2 km.
Shop and restaurants are 300m away and ferry 7 km.
National park Paklenica is 1h drive.
National park Kornati islands, National park Krka and National park Plitvice lakes can be visited on day trips.
Airfield is 10km away from the house.
