"This place is located in walking distance to the Old Town and easy to get to off the 1 or 8 bus. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed including coffee! We would highly recommend it to anyone looking to spend time in the historic part of Salzburg. "

"We stayed here for 2 nights. The hotel is typical for the region with the added benefit of offering its guests complimentary admission to the Chiemgau Thermen (a regional wellness center with pools, spa & sauna) which we were able to take advantage of. Breakfast was a normal offering and was complete. The staff were very lovely and eager to assist if needed. They have a good functioning restaurant on site if you would like lunch or dinner. "The suite was clean,though dated, spacious and the views from the balcony are great. The bathroom is really nice. Unfortunately, the description misrepresented the conditions of the room. The suite is presented as two rooms, but both beds are in the same room, which was a problem for us since we are a couple with a teenage child, and we need two separate rooms. Also, the kitchen was a problem. The microwave was broken, the tea kettle was dirty. Most of all, the staff at the hotel was terrible....
