Beautiful City
Fantastic location and a beautiful city, hotel was bang in the middle of the city square stunning place to stay wish we’d stayed for a week.

Convenient stay over close to Gotthard Tunnel
As the Gotthard Tunnel often is congested, with hour long waiting at each end, I decided to stay in Biasca to be first in line the following morning. Il Giardinetto proved to be a nice and cost-effective surprise. The room was quite simple, and rightly priced considering that bathroom and shower was shared in the corridor. The restaurant was quite good and a pleasant gathering in the evening.

Loved the town- took a walk up to the church behind the town for some great views! Hotel restaurant had delicious pizza!

Nice, friendly staff, centrally located with restaurant/bar, parking space, along with a small convenience store and gas station on the other side of the street.

Requires to be modernised !!!
Tired hotel but OK if you are overnighting on a business trip. Very basic and spartan, restaurant was not too bad .

amazing alternative from Locarno
eat at a local Grotto within walking distance. make sure to check out a canyoning or bike tour with Adventure Tecino.

A rather disappointing experience
This hotel was in a good location for us but we were disappointed by the lack of air conditioning in the room. The good was outstandingly good but breakfast carried a note saying in no way could food be removed from the breakfast room. This suggested we would steal food which we found very annoying.

Not for a long stay but good for hikers & tourers
The rooms & bathrooms were pretty small, but clean. TV took a little bit of working out, and the duvet and pillow covers were odd, and slightly uncomfortable. Not a place I would recommend to stay for more than a couple of nights but good for those hiking or touring. The Restaurant however is superb. Excellent food and drink, and the staff are generally friendly and helpful. The gelati are very good indeed.

Hier und da hat es noch Potential
Der Service an der Bar war leider gar nicht gut und schrecklich langsam so dass ich schliesslich ohne etwas zu trinken wieder gegangen bin. Ausserdem roch es im Zimmer etwas nach Zigaretten(Rauch).

Nur wenn es sein muss.
wusste gar nicht, dass es noch Hotels gibt ohne eigenes Bad. Dann war es nicht sauber und eine Matratze defekt. Das Hotel liegt direkt an einer Strasse, dadurch ist es sehr laut.
