"The property is very well located and we enjoyed a beautifully updated room overlooking Isola Bella. It would be more convenient to have more shuttle times to go up to Taormina’s main area. Very happy with this beautiful hotel! "

"Air conditioning was very dated and seemed pretty weak- and it wasn’t that hot when we stayed there in early October. Also TVs were small for room size and the streaming services didn’t really work effectively because of limitations of the WiFi system. Loved the high ceilings and grand old hotel style furniture, furnishings and feel"

"Property was wonderful - was hoping for a heated pool, but no, so no swimming. Staff and our room were great. The only thing that could use some attention are the bathrooms/showers in the lobby and there wasn’t a secure room to store luggage after checkout. "

The staff were very helpful indeed and we were given a complimentary bottle of wine on arrival - which helped us wind down offer a long days travelling. The room was spacious and comfortable with views of the pool and courtyard. There was also a complementary minibar selection of soft drinks and snacks, which we appreciated."

"My family and I had an excellent stay! We stayed in the Presidential Suites and were very impressed. The room was gorgeous and the view from the balcony was fantastic. The staff was extremely accommodating and kind. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!"
