The double room I booked was way too small. Had to upgrade to delux. The service for lunch and dinner was too slow. They need to improve. Breakfast service was great though! Other services were great

Bland but good enough

The hotel is fine, basically. It all works pretty much OK. The food is decent. The staff do their best. if you're not from India, you may struggle to understand their 'Indian' English, so communicating can be a bit of an effort. A few small issues: the minibar was empty; the kettle in the room doesn't automatically turn off. On the plus side,the hotel is very clean. And the staff found a yoga mat for me! I had a room at the side, which was quiet, so recommend that. It's reasonable value; you get what you pay for.

The Room was spotless. Only 1 thing they have to do about the shower place . They need to put screen or shower curtain as it gets wet . The water is all over the foor & slippery too . Needs lights near the Basin. Also there should be hair dryer.

Rooms were fine. There was problem communicating with staff as most of them did not speak English. The staff in the dining area were not able to provide proper service and looked that they were trainee.

We stayed at this hotel recently, booking two rooms, and were extremely disappointed. For the prices they charge, we expected far better accommodations. First, the walls in the rooms are paper-thin. We could hear the guests in the adjoining room having conversations clearly—it felt like we were in the same room! We brought this issue up with the reception desk, but since the hotel was fully booked, they couldn’t offer us another room. Second, the rooms are small and cramped, making it difficult to move around comfortably. The bed mattress is thin and not soft enough. On top of that, the bathroom design is poorly thought out—there is no separation between the shower area and the commode, which makes the entire bathroom wet and inconvenient to use. For the premium we paid, this stay was absolutely not worth it. We will not be returning and wouldn’t recommend this hotel to others.
