"De bedden en badkamers zijn echt prima. De keuken is vreselijk ingedeeld. De kastjes staan bomvol en sowieso staat er onwijs veel prullaria in het huis. Helaas is er vanaf de patio geen contact met het zwembad. De patio is een zalige plek om te zitten. Ook in de avond om te eten. Wij gaan er in elk geval niet meer naar terug. "

"The owner was nice but the accommodation was not clean enough and offered no privacy - with the large windows looking on to the owners house and compound where the their American Pit Bull Terrier has free range. Three nights booked but we arrived late and left early the next day."

"Notres séjour s'est très bien passé, nous avons été merveilleusement accueilli. Petit bémol : la salle d'eau et WC relativement étroit, pas très accessible (marche pas assez large) pour des personnes qui ont quelques soucis aux jambes.. sinon tout était très bien ☺️"

"Ginette and Jean-Jacques could not have been more welcoming and accommodating. The interior of the house is both practical and charming. The exterior and surrounding grounds of the house were enchanting. Each time we went away for a day to do some sight-seeing - on our return, seeing the house always made us smile. In short - if you don't like this house - there is probably something wrong with you. Thank you so much Ginette and Jean-Jacques and, please God, we will see you soon again"

"This was the first time on holiday with small children and this home was perfect! Lovely and quiet with a private pool. The location was out the way, but we had a car so wasn’t a problem. Would love to stay again, and would recommend this stay to others! Perfect if you want a peaceful holiday. "

"The house, especially the kitchen, wasn’t very clean. The original english description wasn’t accurate (now changed) but still e.g. the fenced pool listed under facilities wasn’t there. Good location for accessing tourist attractions in the area."

"This was a good option for a base when visiting the region. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable, if a little strangely designed. A lack of sensible plug sockets (we had to boil the kettle on the floor!) and the water from the shower went everywhere because there is no shower tray - yet is not a wet room! We found parking stressful, we arrived late at night and found no spaces free thanks to inconsiderate parking from guests, the hotel would do well to mark acual spaces. We did squeeze our tiny car alongside the bins for overnight, and then after heading out early could not get a space at any other time during our stay. The night porter did help us at one point by explaining that the street parking would be ok overnight as long as we moved again by 8am. Given that we were on a three week road trip we had a very full car and this wasn't ideal. We would have liked to try the restaurant but couldn't as they seemed to stop serving earlier than advertised. We were told it was 'fully booked' at around 8pm despite lots of empty tables, we think they just didn't like that we hadn't pre booked. All in all this hotel was good enough and comfortable for a short stay and maybe better if you are less busy and have less luggage, but for us it just has a few fracture points that in all probability would not encourage us to stay again. The town is charming and we found good options for both breakfast and later dinners, just don't go out too late as the options dwindle."
