We had no hot water and the water came out of the system BROWN! And when the water started coming out somewhat clear it was dribbling out the faucet. They didnt provide wash rags and adequate towels. No room service, i had to go to the laundromat my self. First i had to kill big water bugs in my room and i couldn’t sleep thinking about the bugs climbing on the bed as i slept. No local TV station, just apps like youtube and netflix. The parking lot was full of fallen fruits and rotten fruits so when i left the property i was stepping on rotten fruit. At the kicthen there were these small almost microscopic bugs everywhere. There was something that looked like blood spattered on the wall of the kitchen. I can barely move in the small bathroom. The refrigerator was dirty. The checkout was weird because i had to press the button to open the gate to drive off the property but also leave the key in the room and nobody was there to help with the process.

I booked this property and the night before I received a regret message basically telling me that the booking was cancelled for unforeseen circumstances. Then stated I would be booked to an equally "similar unit." Long story short I fail for the scam. I agreed and was booked in a place that had nets flying around, no hot water, sliding door to balcony was shattered and I was charged a cleaning fee and service fee so the cost went up $235 more! The place wasn't even clean my socks were filthy from walking on the floor that was dirty and the service needless to say was horrible.

Property was very comfortable and clean. Close to everything. Whenever I am in Jamaica will I will stay there.
