Master Bedroom:
Features a queen bed, 50” Roku TV, dimmable lights, closet, and dresser for clothing storage. Includes a dedicated workspace with a 27” monitor, docking station, and desk chair. Each bedroom now has a sound machine to help you enjoy a restful, unforgettable night’s sleep.

Second Bedroom:
Offers queen bed, a 43” Roku TV, closet, and dresser. Also includes a workspace with a 24” monitor and desk chair. Each bedroom now has a sound machine to help you enjoy a restful, unforgettable night’s sleep.

Living Room:
Comfortably furnished with an oversized chair, sectional sofa with a queen sleeper (linens in bedroom room closet), a 50” Roku TV, and cozy throw blankets.

Front Porch:
Relax in the screened-in front porch with seating—perfect for morning coffee or unwinding in the evening.

Back Porch:
Relax and unwind outdoors with comfortable seating, perfect for enjoying some fresh air.

Kitchen & Dining:
Fully equipped kitchen with a coffee bar, microwave, air fryer, immersion blender, stove, dishwasher, and refrigerator. Stocked with dishes, silverware, and kitchen essentials for guests. Dining table seats 6, with 2 additional spots at the bar.

Bathroom:
Enjoy a spa-like experience with a rain shower head, along with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided for your convenience. A hair dryer is also included to make your stay feel just like home.

Amenities:
Includes high-speed Wi-Fi, 2 functional workstations with monitors, washer & dryer, towels, washcloths, beach towels, chairs, cart, toys, and a cooler for beach outings. Pack n Play with sheets, and high chair available.

Entertainment:
Indoor games like cards, UNO, Tetris, dominoes, plus canvases and paint (please use the table covering provided). A mini-golf putt-putt set is available for use on the carport or yard.

• Trash pickup: Mondays & Thursdays (place can on the left side of the driveway) ***All trash MUST be in bags.***

• For everyone’s comfort, please keep pets off the furniture and beds.
