Had a lovely stay. Such a great location to be able to explore the local area and very handy having parking included. Definitely would stay again when visiting the area.
This cottage is ideally located in Betws-y-Coed and includes free parking. Can easily walk into town to enjoy the sights. Cottage itself has everything you need to enjoy your stay.
Second time we stayed here. Very central for exploring Snowdonia. Betws y coed is our favourite place to stay overnight. Nice places to eat and diversity of shops so you can enjoy when the wheather is not good.
We stopped for 4 nights and we had a lovely time. The cottage had everything we needed. The location was great just a short walk to the local bars and restaurants.
This was our second stay .It was as good as last time.A lovely, cosy cottage . Everything you could need for a great stay.spotlessly clean. This cottage is exceptionally placed for all of the local amenities.we couldn't fault it and will definitely be going back.
We cannot praise our stay in the cottage enough.Everything was as stated.spotlessy clean and had everything we could ask for.It was very comfortable and homely. Our first visit and we will definitely be back.
Lovely location. Have visited on numerous occasions but never stayed for a holiday.
The cottage was perfect once we had figured out how to use the convection hob.
Would definitely stay again if the chance arose.
A lovely stay in a great cottage in a lovely village
We really enjoyed our stay here. The cottage is very well-equipped, comfortable, and ideally situated to enjoy local walks and amenities. My young son particularly enjoyed the playing field opposite the cottage! Caroline was very helpful and prompt with the queries we had whilst staying in the cottage. Would recommend to anyone wanting to explore Snowdonia/Llandudno area.
The property is a lovely, well kept cottage and very spacious. We had all the equipment needed to enjoy our stay. It had a lovely outlook onto a railway next to the station with only the occasional train passing. Ideal location for visiting this area. Owner was great with all communication and the house more than suited our needs.
We have stayed here before and both times we have not been disappointed. The property is spotlessly clean. It has everything you need. It’s it a central location with everything within a short walk. The host was excellent we had an issue in the bathroom and it was fixed promptly.
Would definitely recommend.
We loved our stay in Betws-y-Cord. The cottage is in a gear location in the middld of town, while being quiet and private with easy off street parking Betws-y-Coed is a great base for exploring Snowdonia and the surrounding area. It truly seemed to be in the middle of everywhere. The cottage is well set up and very comfortable. I would highly recommend staying here. 10/10
Great stay - 3rd time visiting and will come again
Great stay. 3rd time staying and its like a little home from home. My children love coming and hopefully we will stay again.
Great location for some.lovely walks and short drive to conwy, Llandudno etc.
We got the train this time which is right outside the cottage and it was a great experience.
Just so people know, the train passes the house at about 6am and then about every 2 hours until around 8pm. Not too noisy but was like an alarm clock for my son 😀.
We love this little cottage. Quite at night and very cosy.
Thank you again for a lovely stay.
We love Betws and visit it at least twice a year. This was our first stay at this property and we were not disappointed. It was perfectly placed, close to the heart of the village with plentiful parking.
As many others have said, the train really wasn't an issue, you'll hear a rumbling noise as it passes 4 or so times a day.
The property was clean and had everything we needed. Communication with the owner before and after our stay was great. The welcome information was detailed and came in good time.
We will definitely recommend this cottage to friends and family.
Absolutely lovely , really homely and lovely and clean- beautiful setting. One remark only - having younger children in the party (ages 6 and 9 years) it would have been perfect to have window restrictors so we could have opened the window on a night : when warm without fear of the kids being. able to get all the way out of the through the first floor windows
Lovely cottage, perfectly fitted out for a family of four to explore Snowdonia.
The best bits…location you can not beat, beds were super comfy, cleanliness was perfect, fully fitted out with kitchen appliances, tv, washing machine etc etc. Jacuzzi bath for the sore legs after climbing Snowdon. Cottage was lovely. The only very minor things were that the shower went hot and cold at times which was not great for kids who have more sensitive skin, us oldies were just about ok. Also some may say the decor is a little dated now, and I understand why, but it did not take away from the charm of this lovely place.
Positives: great location, kitchen equipment well stocked, plenty of towels, comfortable furnishings, nice to be able to sit outside and watch the trains go by.
Negatives: problems with plumbing in bathroom, ie flexible shower just dribbled, when WC is flushed water runs from the bath tap and can be tricky to get it to stop. Outside movement sensor light not working.
