A wonderful experience staying at this property. Excellent hosts with a lot of knowledge of the area. The breakfasts were delicious, and I was made to feel very welcome.
lovely property; lovely couple running it Chris and Julie. We felt at home and slept so well in the large bed. No problem with parking and the location was perfect for all our plans
The best place to stay in Betws-y-Coed indeed! We absolutely adored our stay — super comfy beds, lovely hosts with amazing breakfast and recommendations for the area. Quiet (off the main road where most of the accommodations in town are located), homey feel but clean and well kept. Everything about this place was a thumbs up from us. Can’t wait to be back one day!
We spent 3 nights in this lovely clean guest house. Private off road parking, and all amenities within short walking distance. The owners are welcoming and super helpful. The breakfast was delicious. My wife was pleasantly surprised by the vegetarian options.
We needed somewhere to stay to attend a wedding & we struggled to find a room due to the majority of accommodation in the village already being booked. This place had a twin room with shared bathroom including breakfast available which we booked & it was just what we needed & served a purpose.
It was in a great location with private secure parking.
Really enjoyed our stay - excellent location for exploring Betws and wider area, very friendly proprietors, all very well organised, clean, good food, good facilities. Good local knowledge about places to go nearby
Friendly, helpful, hosts who provided home from home accommodation with a substantial, locally sourced, breakfast. Property is on the edge of the town, in a set back location so very quiet, though only a couple of minutes walk to all local amenities.

Disliked: Staff & service
Ever again
I expected more for the money , my partner is 6f2 and his bed was too small the stairway and toilets also . No great sleep as the chuch bells chiming the hour and our door lock fall on the second night .I was also expected to have gown and sleeper as the shower room and toilet was a floor bellow . Due to covid everything has to be ask for as nothing is replenishing or replaced .
A very warm welcome, excellent breakfast! Clean and comfortable. For my preference the bed was a little bit too firm. But that is a minor point in what, otherwise, was an excellent stay!
