She was concerned for our safety as she found "our" room key in the Ccommon area when we were out for a meal. She rang us to confirm we had a key with us ie the one she found was the duplicate left in error by staff."

You could make your own coffee, tea or hot chocolate and there were water bottles in the fridge. Breakfast was wonderful as well.
