Nice spacious room clean, the check in was not good no luggage carts, and one of the elevators does not work. It takes forever the one they do have operational is tiny. Only one couple with luggage can fit on the elevator at a time. Would prefer to have a coffee maker in the room like most hotels. ...

The Shores Resort & Spa
The staff was excellent. Everyone seemed so happy to be there. The valets were the best. The wait staff made certain my 3yo grandson was happy with his food and entertainment. The s'mores in the evenings were so much fun.
