Holiday Inn Express & Suites Bethlehem Arpt-Allentown Area

Holiday Inn Express & Suites Bethlehem Arpt-Allentown Area

8/10 Good
"Overall a nice hotel in a nice location.. My only problem would be the Air conditioning. It didn’t have an auto thermostat option so it either continually ran and got too cold or you had to shut off manually and got too hot. Also, hotels should all put streaming access on their TVs (Netflix,etc).. Hotel was otherwise clean, quiet and comfortable."

"The room was well laid out with a separate sitting area and the bed partially hidden behind a screen-like wall. The breakfast was one of the best I have had at hotel in the US that served a breakfast as part of the room fee. The kitchen staff were phenomenal and very attentive. The parking garage across the street is free for hotel guests and very conveniently located near attractions."

"The breakfast here was very good, and the staff was exceptionally kind. I actually accidentally took the room key with me when I checked out, but when I called the front desk, the receptionist was so reassuring and told me not to worry about it. Wonderful service—I highly recommend staying here!"

"Everyone we spoke with was extremely friendly and helpful! The registration desk clerk welcomed us and we enjoyed the cold, refreshing flavored water each day! The restaurant hostess gave us a great tip to visit Steel Stacks and the bartender’s creations and shared secret ingredients were outstanding! Even the floor manager who sat nearby while we played cards in the beautiful lobby after busy days chatted with us and gave us a tip about the historic walking path around this quaint, beautiful, historic city. We had a fabulous stay and will certainly return!"
