10/10 Excellent

"Everything was exceptional. Front desk receptionists were awesome and accommodating. My only complaint is the bartender- we arrived late and my sister wanted to enjoy the happy hour (I wasn’t there yet). Can’t remember what time it ended but she had 10 minutes. He waited to serve her until after it ended. She’s non confrontational (I’m not). It’s called Unreasonable Hospitality- she would’ve gotten 1 happy hour drink but she would’ve felt like we did when we checked in (like we mattered). Instead she got 1 drink and left and his tip was light so he only hurt himself in the end. May want to educate a what good customer service looks like. Just a suggestion"

"Big win if you provided a complimentary water and coffee station in the lobby. Most people do not brew their coffee in their room. The coffee tray in the room that holds the cups, cream and sugar is never clean. When people travel, they do not want to be bothered with making coffee. Plus, many things taste better when someone else prepares it."

"For the cost this hotel could do better. No extras or: tissues in room, paper to write on, nothing in bathroom ie: shower cap etc. I guess you could ask but after my hairdryer wouldn’t work and I tried calling front desk the hold was so long I went down 7 floors with wet hair. Next day screeching fire alarm at 6 am. Whole hotel evacuated down 15 flights stairs. These things can happen BUT no hotel personnel to direct us where to go or when to safely come back. Unprofessional and poorly managed. Pool person nice but very confused about pool hours when asked. All in all for a supposed quality hotel I was disappointed as were others I spoke with."

"I never stayed there I called to cancel my reservation while traveling on 95 north because we wanted to go father north right after i made it. The phone number on the reservation desk was out of order, the other number to the manager i left a voicemail no one called me back They really don’t care about customers! Called several times… now with my Credit card company"
