Check-in and check-out went smoothly. The room was clean and the bed/pillows were very comfortable. However the room was lacking in storage space - 2 small storage drawers and limited space to hang things Staff were very polite and accommodating. Also some common areas were not clean. Additionally there was only one ice machine that was working in the entire hotel and that was on the 3rd floor (We were on the 7th floor). Despite these short comings we would stay there again.

Rosa, the front desk assistant and housekeeper Justin from Mexico went out of thee way to make this 76 year old handicapped man had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. They are gems who should get raises immediately. Housekeepers were excellent and pleasant. A small Ritz Carlton experience without the cost. P.S. -Read Counsels on Diets and Foods by Ellen White online free and add 20 years to your lives.
