About this property
Songo Loft - Old Farmhouse
- In the winter, this is a great home base for Sunday River Ski Resort. In the summer, the lake across the street from the home provides for a scenic vacation. This house has one bedroom upstairs (queen bed), with bunk beds in the loft, as well as an additional twin. The house has a full bath on the first floor. There is a washer/dryer, dishwasher, woodstove, and DirecTV. The unit is adjacent to my 5 bedroom unit, listing ID for HomeAway is 115754. Some groups have rented both spaces together. Please note, this barn/loft unit has no air conditioning, but there are ceiling fans and box fans to help circulate the air.
