House Guidelines

No parties or events: Strict quiet hours 10 PM–7 AM. Sound travels far in the mountains and neighbors do not play around.

No smoking of any kind: Includes cigarettes, vapes, cannabis.

No wipes, feminine products, flushable wipes, paper towels, or food scraps down toilets/sinks. Toilet paper only!

No illegal activities

Only registered guests allowed: No unapproved visitors—this protects you legally and for insurance.

Pets

We welcome up to 2 dogs, ideally 2 years or older. A $300 pet fee applies.

Dogs must be leashed outdoors and crated anytime they’re left unsupervised.

Undisclosed pets will have a fine of $600.

Private Pool

Open Memorial Day–Labor Day, with optional heating available for an additional fee. Pool heating requires advance notice of 72 hours prior to arrival. Heating may not be available during inclement weather. When the pool is closed during the winter, please avoid stepping on the cover—any damage will incur charges.

Outdoor Fire Pit

Firewood isn’t provided, so feel free to bring your own! If you’d like it arranged, we can connect you with our local supplier—just reach out at least one week before arrival.
