Located in an idyllically quiet area, convenient to both Sunday River and Mt Abram ski resorts, this home is a favorite of our renters! Enjoy your next trip to the Bethel area in this beautiful three bedroom, two bath home. The English Woods Ski Chalet offers an open floor plan with hardwood floors and a gas fireplace to cozy up by after a day on the slopes. You'll have everything you need to cook in the modern kitchen. Relax and unwind in the spa inspired sauna. The English Woods Ski Chalet affords you everything you could dream of for your vacation in Maine, including beautiful mountain views.

To enjoy your next trip to this mountainside property, 4WD may be required during snowy months.

Perfect for ski weekend in Maine

Great house, the pictures very accurately reflect the property. We only stayed a quick weekend, but were very comfortable. The sauna was a lovely amenity to have after a day of skiing.Would definitely recommend and look forward to staying here again.

Clean, Well Stocked Kitchen, Large Dining Table. Very comfortable and relaxing space, great sauna. Different shower heads would be my only hope for the property for the future.

Mom's burial & Family Reunion

Excellent home. Very clean, spacious and fun activities with ping pong, outdoor fire pit & sauna available. We wish the hot tub would have been opened. Deck floor needs replacements boards. Also, water pressure low at times. Overall excellent stay!

Nice stay in Bethel

This property was very nice, the inside of the house was very clean and had all the amenities listed. The deck was in rough shape, with almost all the boards having soft spots that were concerning. There was also no shade outdoors (during the summer months) which made it tough to spend time outdoors. The location was lovely, very private, and close enough to town to enjoy some of the things Bethel had to offer. Overall a nice place to stay.

Home was lovely and plenty of room for 2 families. However, the hot water took forever, and the water pressure was almost nonexistent. Could not get the gas fireplaces to work properly. Also, be prepared for the 45 minutes to prep the sauna. These were some issues considering our visit took place in November and it was cold with snow flurries.

Great floor plan ! Well equipped kitchen . Hot water was an issue 8 people in the house and could only get 1 hot shower at a time. Company was very responsive to our calls!!!!
