The open layout includes a full kitchen, a bright living space, and two private bedrooms, ideal for a family or group. Just 12 minutes from Sunday River, it’s the perfect place to unwind after hitting the slopes or trails.

Guests at the Broad Street Building enjoy access to a thoughtfully designed common area that’s perfect for unwinding and making memories. Gather around the outdoor fire pit, surrounded by classic Adirondack chairs, for s’mores, stargazing, and late-night conversations. After a day on the mountain, soothe your muscles in the hot tub, or sip a drink at the outdoor bar area, ideal for casual evenings and après-ski vibes. The spacious backyard offers plenty of room for lawn games, lounging, or simply enjoying the fresh mountain air. Whether you're renting one unit or several, the outdoor spaces at Broad Street make it easy to relax and reconnect with friends and family.
