Welcome to 790B Salt Pond Circle! This 2 bedroom 2 bath home is located just a short walk from the beach and downtown Bethany Beach. Tucked in among pine trees in a quiet location with an ample rear deck for summer enjoyment. Walk, Bike or simply pick up the Beach Trolley right at the corner.

Step inside from the covered front porch and you are greeted by warmth and bright light featuring traditional furnishings in the living room area with a queen sleeper sofa, seating for five plus three bar stools for additional seating and a 46' Smart TV with HD cable and WIFI.

A cozy kitchen fully equipped with new appliances, laundry closet with washer and dryer, living area exits right to the patio with picnic table, shower, outdoor furniture and a barbecue (charcoal). Access to a vast woodsy community yard is also located on the first level.

Two bedrooms are on the second level; one with a king bed, TV and bathroom in-suite with shower and bath and second bedroom with two twin size beds, comfortable bedding and a shared bath with shower and tub.

This wonderful residential village has a huge swimming pool with a kiddie pool (open from Memorial day to Labor day weekend ONLY), basketball, tennis court and picnic area with a couple of barbecues. The community sits on the shore-front of Salt Pond man-made lake, with dock for launching your kayak or canoe. There is no extra fee for using the community pool and tennis but refundable deposit is needed for the pool pass.

We include a convenient "Residential" parking pass for free parking in downtown Bethany Beach. The driveway in the front of the townhouse can accommodate 2 vehicles only.

And this was perfect. Quiet neighborhood yet close to everything. The place was clean and had everything you would need for a longer stay. Only here for one evening while passing through, but would absolutely stay here again if coming to Bethany Beach.

Very well kept, clean and well stocked condo for our long weekend. The owner was available for our questions and very kind in making sure we had all we needed. Quick walk / drive to the beach off season (no trolley!) and lots of fun events to be a part of. Would most certainly stay here again!

Great stay

We stayed here for a week in July. The beds were comfortable and the owner had so much here for us it was so generous. From shampoo in the shower, to linens, to dish soap etc. Communication with her was so easy. The pool was very nice and easy to get to. We really enjoyed our stay here! Loved having a parking pass for town as well. Thanks for lending out your place to us!

Beach with a Parking Pass

We enjoyed our stay in Bethany Beach. The included parking pass was a great perk; i carry too much stuff to the beach to consider walking a mile or take the trolley. Among unlisted amenities, linens were included as well as a tandem kayak which unfortunately i never found the time to try. The mosquitos are vicious so we didn't eat out on the deck like we usually would have or paddle out in the bay.

Lovely Stay

The house was just as shown on VRBO. It was nicely furnished and was very comfortable for the four of us. Jimena was very responsive and great to work with. (Even when I was tired and hungry and couldn't get the tv to work) The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals and enjoy our evenings. Our bed was very comfortable. The community was very quiet and peaceful. We would stay here again and would recommend to others. Debbie

This house was perfect for our family of four. Everything was clean, necessities like hand soap were provided, there was a nice assortment of pots and pans, and plenty of dishes. The beds were very comfortable and the location quiet.It was easy to get to the Bethany Beach boardwalk from here (drive, walk, or take the trolley), and also a short drive to Fenwick Island State Park.I hope to stay here again next time we come to Delaware!

August trip to Bethany

Our family of 4 had a very enjoyable stay at Bethany, our first time there. The townhouse suited our needs, allowing us to be close to the beach and and have enough space so as not to be on top of each other. The owner is very attentive, though we didn't need much from her. We were pleased to have most of the comforts of home, without having to bring too much of our own supplies. We really enjoyed being able to take our breakfast on the patio overlooking the pond and nature (even had a few deer frolic by).

Great value and fabulous location

This is a beautiful town house with everything exactly as shown in pictures. The unit is very comfortable with well-appointed rooms. It was super clean and most appliances and furniture seems to be brand new. The host Jimena was always very responsive to emails and phone. I would definitely recommend this property to others. We enjoyed the proximity to downtown, walking to beach, restaurants and most important the community pool and access to the canal as my teenage kids love canoeing. It was a great value and I hope to return again soon. The only thing that needs maintenance is the sliding glass door to the deck that needs some adjustment - it was very hard to open and close. I look forward to returning.

Quiet neighborhood close to the beach

We really enjoyed our stay. It wasn't in the middle of the hustle and bustle of the beach, but we could get to the beach in just a few minutes driving or a short trolley ride. We loved the quiet neighborhood, and saw a couple of mama deer with their fawns daily! The kids were able to bunk in one room with the trundle beds. They loved having a TV in their room! The primary bedroom is a great size. 2 full bathrooms are very handy with a family of 5. The pool was just a short walk away, and it was a great place to spend some down time after the beach. The kitchen had everything we needed during the week. We enjoyed coffee on the deck most mornings. The outdoor shower was wonderful after spending time at the beach. The washer and dryer was very handy, too. We would definitely rent again!

Great Experience

Our 6 and 4 year old loved their bedroom with the twin beds. It’s so cute. The trolley pick up very convenient and fun for the kids. The parking pass made driving to the beach painless and convenient. We loved the extra touches such as the bag of cleaning and sanitizing products as well as the toothpaste. The master bed was very comfortable as was the rest of the house. The outdoor shower came in very handy after the beach. Jimena was a pleasure to communicate with and we would love to stay again. We highly recommend Cocolo Sushi, which was so delicious, convenient and the service was on point. Honey’s Farm Fresh Gourmet Kitchen was wonderful for breakfast. The kids loved it because you actually eat inside a real train. Captain Jack’s Pirate golf was a family favorite, but go at night because there’s no shade.
