Discover a family-friendly getaway at this lovely Sea Colony condo, within a quick stroll of all the resort amenities! Just half a mile from private beach access, this fantastic location is by Tennis Pool 2 and Sea Colony Tennis. You’re also directly by the Yellow Bus stop for the beach tram. Inside, you’ll find a freshly painted two-story interior with all the comforts of home. Cozy up for movie nights in the light-filled Great Room. Prepare tasty meals in the sparkling full kitchen, outfitted with everything you need for beach snacks and beyond. Then head out to the balcony for umbrella-shaded alfresco dining! Top-notch extras include a private washer/dryer, two adult bikes, board games, fast WiFi, a high chair, and central air-conditioning. THINGS TO KNOW Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available
Important: Your stay is within the Sea Colony Resort which has a mandatory amenity fee that is an additional cost. Not purchasing your required Sea Colony Resort Fee prior to your arrival may delay your VueStay reservation Check-in.
