Central air conditioning, washer, dryer, two flat-screen TVs, two DVDs, Blu-Ray, and WiFi. Plus, Three Bikes appropriate for 5 year old boy and 5 year girl and 10year old boy! And Two Adult Bikes.. This home away from home has been recently upgraded with new living room furniture and new mattresses for all three bedrooms. Both bathrooms include tub/shower combos.

Things to know

Delaware regulations require all guests to sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
