Featuring lake views from the screened porch and deck, this coastal getaway's main level is home to a living and dining area, well-equipped kitchen (with Verizmo and regular coffee makers), full hallway bathroom and two bedrooms, including the master suite. The loft offers a full bathroom of its own. Central air conditioning, washer, dryer and more. 3 TVs, 2 DVDs, Blu-ray, Wifi.

    The Sea Colony community association requires a non-refundable, mandatory resort fee for all guests aged 4 and older. We had a great stay at this condo for our first time in Bethany Beach! The condo exceeded our expectations and was perfect for us. It was perfectly located in the Sea Colony near two different pools, close to multiple tram stops and over looking a beautiful calming pond. The location was also a short and convenient drive to shops, restaurants, the downtown area, etc. The kitchen was clean and had many helpful essentials, the bathrooms were clean and well lit. The living room had comfortable seating, a smart tv and some games. The bedrooms were perfectly sized, came with all bedding and comfortable mattresses! We loved spending time out on the covered porch, my husband and I did the provided puzzles (all the pieces included!!) out there when the kids fell asleep. We had no complaints the whole time! Overall we loved our stay in this condo and would definitely recommend it to others. Hope to be back in the future!!
