Great ocean view

703 Harbor House has a balcony with a wonderful ocean view. The balcony has an iron wrought table and two comfortable swiveling chairs ( a love seat is also out there). All three bedrooms have COMFORTABLE mattresses which is a must for a good nights rest. Both sofas in the living room are cozy and long enough to stretch out on. I do wish there was more lighting for the living room as well as the dining area. The kitchen was pretty well stocked. Could add a liquid measuring cup and a large knife.

Decent but not great

Have stayed in 9 condos at BB, and this one rated as just okay. The master bed was quite uncomfortable and the pillows were absolutely terrible!! The bathrooms were okay, didn’t feel super clean but didn’t feel dirty either. Overall the condo just felt like it needed a really good deep clean and a sprucing up. The bunk bed pullout was more comfortable than that master bed!

Washing Machine Broken

Washing Machine in unit was broken before we arrived. When I alerted management via stopping by office, via phone and via email it took 24 hours to get a response. The machine also flooded the master bathroom, bedroom and kitchen. When management did call me back they said there had been a sign on the machine that it was broken but the cleaning people must have removed it. Their solution was to have a third party vendor install a new machine in the middle of our stay. I was not given any notice of this the day they wanted to install it and would have had to move all my personal belongings . Also the machine was in the master bath so furniture would have had to been moved as well. We were not offered another unit to stay in during the time. The unit overall was not as clean as I would have liked.

The unit was nice and comfortable. No complaints. Unfortunately, Sea Colony was working on the basketball and tennis courts during our stay so we were unable to use them for a few days during that week.. Wondering why they did not do the updates during off season.
