Fabulous View

The place was very clean, enough linen, etc. It needs a bit more "homey" touch and a Keurig and dish towels would be great! The view… fabulous! Close to everything!

Perfect little condo

The place was exactly as advertised, no surprises for us! The parking spot is under the building close to the elevator that is right next to the unit so it was very convenient. The kitchen had all the tools we needed to cook and eat, there were towels in the bathrooms, and the beds had linens. The view from the balcony was beautiful and the beach and pools were close.

Sea Colony is a great place to stay. It is a great community with a lot to offer. We have two young kids and they love being right on the beach, all the pools, and activities within Sea Colony. This condo was nice and had everything we needed. I loved that there was a washer and dryer right in the unit. I really appreciated that the linens were provided. It was a good size for the 4 of us, it probably would be a little cramped if my kids were older but we also didn’t spend much time indoors because there was so much to do.

Upon arrival, I had to empty a completely full dishwasher. Also, The refrigerator did not cool down for about 24hrs. The comforter could probably use a good cleaning or be replaced. The view was great & the resort is quiet yet family friendly. Overall, a great condo that we would book again.

Great views of the ocean!

We had a very enjoyable and relaxing stay at Sea Colony! The condo had all of the amenities that we wanted and we really enjoyed the balcony and being able to watch the dolphins. We would definitely stay again!

Fun get away!

We came to Bethany Beach for a brief rest and stayed in a small but very clean and comfortable one bedroom in Sea Colony. The experience and pleasant sound of the beach exceeded our expectations!

This condo was exactly as pictured; nothing fancy or elaborate, but functional and practical. It was clean and stocked with any essential items we needed. Overall the condo was a perfect size for our family of 4. We love Sea Colony and the location of their pools, tennis courts and most importantly the beach. Our only complaint is that they need a different cleaning service as our bathrooms still had sand in the sink and overall cleaning was not thorough, especially floors and behind the sofa bed.
