    The Space:

    Find every familiar comfort of home at this Salt Pond townhome in Bethany Beach, a wonderful escape for families, golfers, and beach-goers alike. Step inside this polished space to find a full kitchen, a dining room that's warmed by a gas-powered fireplace, and an inviting living area with ample seating and a TV. There's a screened porch and a back patio to enjoy in the balmy summer months, as well as bonus amenities that include free WiFi, central air-conditioning, and a private washer/dryer. The Salt Pond community boasts an on-site, public, 18-hole mid-length course. Please visit the Pro Shop for rates and tee time availability. The Salt Pond community also includes an outdoor pool (with a kiddie pool), three tennis courts, a sand volleyball court, a basketball court, and a clubhouse with a heated indoor pool and spa (open September-June only) and fitness equipment. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Effective January 1, 2024, guest amenity passes will be provided at no additional charge. Fees still apply for golfing. The passes must be picked up and returned to the local office and a fee of $50.00 for each lost/unreturned pass will be assessed. Guests may reserve tee times for the on-site public golf course at the pro shop. Delaware regulations require all guests to sign a lease agreement within ten days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking, and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available. Nice home convenient to Bethany and Indian River Inlet

Our stay started out rocky as we were locked out of the home and it took hours for the issue to be resolved. Once inside, the home was lovely and as described. Great location with golf course in backyard along with deer! Screened porch could use a scrub and one of the lounge chairs couldn't be used due to a large tear in the material. Otherwise, the home was perfect. Vacasa customer service was less then acceptable with the lock out issue, though.

Lovely spacious home away from home. Short drive to beach and restaurants. Home is well equipped with necessities and located in a wonderful community that included a golf playing view. We loved staying here and will be returning next year.

Enjoyed our stay at this smaller condo. Comfortable for up to 4-5 guests. Great location for golfers (on Salt Pond Golf Club), 10-minutes drive to beach.

Great time!

The cute home was exactly as it looked in the pictures. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen well-stocked and the view of the golf course was amazing. We had an amazing visit!

Quiet, welcoming home away from home!

Very clean, plenty of room for our family of 7, quiet side of Bethany, deer in the backyard (golf course too!), gym had numerous machines to use, friendly staff at amenities. Very relaxing! Able to drive to the beach in less than 7 minutes, 3 minute drive to Hocker’s grocery!

The house was very nice for the six family members. However the cleaning lacked in every way. Had a great time with family. Pool was great. Make sure to take your own cleaning products because the cleaning company sure doesn't know what clean is!

Location is nice. Close to beach although most were private. Salt Pond area had tennis courts, golf course and pool and workout room. Very nice. Place we stayed was clean and nice. Owners had some nice touches there as first aid stuff in bathroom Check in was fast but no directions to place Used phone etc to get there.
