Welcome to STUNNING 8 Sea Side Drive located within the private community of Sandpiper Village in South Bethany Beach! This NEWLY REMODELED home features 5 BR/5.5 BA and just steps to the wide, guarded beach! The house features two living areas, a great deck and "crows nest" with ocean views, within walking distance to shops/restaurants, and plenty of room for the family! Four bedrooms include designer en-suite bathrooms and the primary bedroom features a large walk-in closet with a second stacking washer/dryer. 7 TVs are spread throughout, including all bedrooms and both living areas. Enjoy ping pong in the ground level rec room. There is also a dartboard, corn hole boards as well as a DVD player! And no need to pack the beach chairs as you will find ample chairs included along with carts, coolers, and various beach games. Tankless water heaters means 12 guests will never run out of hot water! Would stay here again!

This home is beautifully updated and has all the conveniences of home. A bonus is the space under the house that contains beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, and a ping pong table and dart board. The house is a very short distance to the beach, and what a terrific spacious beach. Perfect for families with children.
