    Fully remodeled/renovated in 2022 with a new kitchen and all new bathrooms, this multilevel oceanfront vacation home is located on the ocean side of Coastal Highway in prestigious North Bethany. The home includes access to an outdoor swimming pool (summer months), tennis courts, and a private beach. Enjoy a view of the ocean, breathe in the fresh ocean air, and soak up the sunshine in the outdoor living space. You'll be conveniently located close to downtown Bethany Beach where you can explore the shops, experience casual or fine dining, and enjoy the boardwalk activities. Level one has outdoor showers and an entry foyer. Level two is the living area level and includes a large oceanfront deck, an open porch into the entry foyer, a laundry room, and a primary bedroom and bathroom. Level three has two oceanfront master bedrooms and bathrooms (one with a spiral staircase to the loft area), two additional bedrooms and two bathrooms, two decks, and a bonus room. Level four is the crow's nest with outstanding views.

It is a beautiful ocean front home with great amenities. The front deck is a wonderful spot with comfy furniture. You can spend all day there, weather allowing. Nicely equipped kitchen and very clean throughout.

Wonderful Vacation Stay

We had an exceptional stay with family and friends in this beautiful house right on the beach. The house was very clean, very well equipped, located close to shopping and restaurants, and couldn't be beat for it's access to the beach and views of the ocean. Everyone had a relaxing, and wonderful time. We look forward to staying again next year.

Beautiful and comfortable home for our annual ladies’ weekend. The rooms were spacious and the beds were high-end with great mattresses and linens. The kitchen was well-appointed to allow for 4 days of gourmet meals. The owner and team were accessible and accommodating. We will definitely rebook!

Beach getaway

This is our second year staying at this wonderful beachfront property. We have nothing but great things to say about this house especially its location being right on the beach and so close to the town of Bethany. Our only complaint had nothing to do with the house itself, it was just not a good week weatherwise - very windy and cool - not conducive for the beach. We highly recommend staying at this property and hope to return in the future.

Best beach vacation ever

The beach accommodations were superb in every respect. Everything was exactly as represented, clean & well equipped. This was a family vacation including grandparents, children & grandchildren during the 4th of July celebrations. The fireworks from the beach were spectacular in both directions. Of course, the reason this vacation was so memorable was the people we shared our vacation with but truthfully this beach house in the Preserves made it so much more enjoyable.

Clean, high quality home right on the ocean. The location is wonderful. The home was perfect for our extended family get together; ages 9 to 89. Magical Oceanfront House

I had high expectations from this property but all of them were exceeded. It was the best ocean vacation we’ve ever had. The house was in pristine condition and immaculately clean. Amazing Home and Location!

We had a multi-generational family visit to this beautiful home and had a fantastic time. We ranged in age from 2 to 67 and were able to accommodate our various schedules with ease in the well-laid out house. The house is very well appointed and has a wonderful views of the beach. We enjoyed sitting on the porch and admiring the view and listening to the waves. The beach has lifeguards which was an added plus. We Loved the home, location, and our stay!

We spent 4 nights in this lovely beachfront property in May. The house is exactly as the pictures show. Extremely comfortable, and very well appointed, and stocked with everything you need for your family vacation. We had a small issue when we got there, and Cindi, the property manager, was super helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. This house is highly recommended.

Perfect holiday weekend!

A beautiful open layout and fully stocked, with spectacular views of the beach and ocean. No malfunctions and 3 of the 4 upstairs rooms have expansive ocean views and all have full bathrooms. Of course the 10 out of 10 Labor Day weekend weather didn't hurt! The walkway is literally adjacent to the property in a lovely private neighborhood. Full lifeguard coverage at the long, wide beach is also a big plus. Absolutely nothing negative to say--a place to enjoy thoroughly and create wonderful family memories.

Phenomenal Getaway

Everything about this property was perfect. We had an absolutely fantastic getaway at Michael’s home to celebrate friends with milestone birthdays. Michael is a wonderful host. The oceanfront location can’t be beat. The property was sparkling clean and Michael provided everything you could possibly need while away - beds already made with luxury linens, beach chairs, and a Keurig for morning coffee on the deck. The property was close to everything we wanted to do and see. We felt very at home and are already looking at calendars for a return trip for another girls weekend.

Family Vacation!

This home was a true delight. We spent a week with family including grandparents and younger kids. There is plenty of space for everyone to spread out and also have their own space to read or relax. The kids could easily walk up and down to the beach with convenient access and outdoor showers. The pool and tennis were a big bonus as well. The owner and property manager were both very responsive and incredibly pleasant. The location is a quick drive to Bethany or Rehoboth and there are several restaurants for delivery and dinner at the big table overlooking the ocean. On our drive back home we were tempted to book again for next summer!
