    The Space:

    Located on the east side of Coastal Highway and just a stroll to the beach (0.4 miles to the south end of Bethany Beach's beach and 0.8 miles to Downtown Bethany), this 1-bedroom, 1-bath efficiency apartment features a deck and kitchenette offering refrigerator, microwave and two burner stove top. The Bethany Beach Inn offers community laundry facilities and an outdoor shower. Guests can enjoy central air conditioning, TV (a 55-inch flat-screen, Netflix capable with guest's own account), Blu-ray, and free WiFi. SHARED AMENITIES Washer/dryer THINGS TO KNOW This is a second story walk-up and the building does not have an elevator. Guests must travel by car to reach this condo. *The pool pictured in the photo gallery does not belong to this building and is not available for use. The sofa bed provides an extra sleeping space. *Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
