Simple Beach House- Steps to the Ocean- good for multi-gen families

  • Original South Bethany: This is a very simple beach house, with all amenities and gas grill, focused on ocean proximity (90 steps to be exact). Outside shower. Crow's nest with ocean views, 4 Bedrooms, each has a screen porch or deck, living/dining room, screened porch for outside dining, rec room with a pull-out sofa , TV and fridge. Sleeps 9, and a pull out sofa. 3 Full Baths. 1 block walk to York Beach shopping center-Grotto's and Rosenfelds deli, plus shopping. One block from Delaware State Park. Easy bike ride to Bethany (1.3mi), kayak access directly across street on bayside. Come back to simple beach life. Exterior deck renovations for 2025 season.
