Featuring a large wrap around screened porch, this one level coastal getaway is home to a living and dining area, well-equipped kitchen, full hallway bathroom and three bedrooms, including the master suite. Central air conditioning, washer, dryer and more. 4 TVs (32' HD in the living room), 2 DVDs, 2 Blu-rays, gas fireplace, Wifi. Notes: This Sea Colony vacation rental features laminate flooring in the living and dining areas. The bedrooms are carpeted.

    The Sea Colony community association requires a non-refundable, mandatory resort fee for all guests aged 4 and older. This fee grants access to community-managed facilities and is collected by VueStay on behalf of Sea Colony.
