Stewards Watch is a beautiful community tucked away so you have lots of privacy with access to the community pool, tennis courts, & a private pier with a kayak/paddle board launch. The Bethany Beach Trolley stop is right around the corner. It's a short walk to restaurants, the beach, hiking trails, playgrounds, and the boardwalk.

Perfect location, great neighborhood

Perfect location - walkable to beach and shops but in a quiet neighborhood with good amenities, for those who wanted to just relax by the pool. The property is well maintained and the little screened in porch was lovely.

Great home, perfect weekend get away

Perfect home for a weekend get away! Close to the beach, restaurants, and other fun places. We did not use the pool bc it is off-season, but it is right across the street which would be nice in the summer. Hoping to come back soon!

A great townhouse style place to stay close to the beach! Everything was as described. The location to the pool and the included parking pass for Bethany Beach were a game changer. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone vacationing in the area!

Best Thanksgiving family time!

Enjoyed the amenities and pleased with having some games- big Monopoly contest and hosted extended family (15 of us) for a meal, should add only 5 of us stayed here) but plenty of comfortable seating, too cold for pool or tennis but maybe next time!!

The townhouse was in a quiet & relaxing neighborhood with very friendly neighbors. The pool was wonderful. The location was perfect for quick and easy access to the beach and shops. We already booked this location again for next summer!

Easy, breezy getaway

We had a terrific off-season stay. The property was comfortable, very clean and fully equipped with everything we needed. The location was excellent, a quick drive or nice walk to the boardwalk/beach. The sunset was beautiful from the dock. We look forward to visiting again.

Nice condo - walking distance to the beach.

My wife, 2 kids,, sister-in-law and her daughter along with myself spent 4 days in this property. We had a great beach trip. Quiet neighborhood and clean property. Nice owners and very clean property. Great trip.

Brief Getaway

Great location with a nice pool and access to waterway where we used our SUPs. We really enjoyed our stay. Checkin and checkout were easy. It is a challenge to have to bring bath towels and linens, but that did not detract from a great time at this property.

This property was a great location. Close to beaches and restaurants. The pictures don’t do it justice. The living space was larger than it appeared in pictures. Great for family to gather. It was very clean and we will most definitely book this property for future stays!

Perfect house wiith great amenities and location!

We really enjoyed our stay! We had four adults and two toddlers in this kid-friendly house. Having the pool right next door was very clutch and it was only short walk to the beach so we got to avoid the hassle of parking. Owner had great communication and the place was nice and clean. Definitely would come back.

a great place for a family stay

We especially loved sitting out on the back deck! Close to the beach and shops. The pool area was quiet and inviting. We had 3 generations of people staying with comfort. When the listing says no linens, it needs to include no pillows. We were a bit caught off guard by that upon arrival, but were able to pivot.

I love Stewartswatch with its close proximity to the beach and boardwalk. The pool is centrally located in the development. Great to come back from beach and take a swim. I’ve stayed in this property off and on for 20 summers and will be back.

Clean, comfy, no-frills family stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our off-season stay. The property is dated and is starting to show the typical wear associated with a well-loved family vacation home. That being said, we found it perfectly comfortable and clean, just right for a long weekend of puzzles, sleeping in, and blustery days at the beach. I think those with families who are used to the whole family vacation home scene will find it perfectly charming; those expecting a four-star, immaculate resort listing will be disappointed. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice place and location. The doorknob key pad gave us problems but the owner was responsive and helpful. One trash can had not been emptied when we arrived, which our dog discovered for us. If you plan on entertaining here, you want to bring kitchen items you need as they are lacking things like a proper cutting board, broiler pan, and platters. Overall, though, we enjoyed our stay.

PERFECT!!!! Townhome is WELL STOCKED with everything you could think of… beach stuff (even toys) Shop Vac & hose to clean cars before you head home. LOCATION IS AWESOME!!! Literally a 5 minute drive to beach and boardwalk!!! Plenty of room!!! We were VERY PLEASED!!!

The location of this home is good! Lots of good things. It was clean and the host was good at answering questions. The house is somewhat dated and and very basic. The porch was old and not a nice place to sit. The grill was so tiny that we thought it was a joke. The bikes are broke and pack everything.

Clean and roomy. Sad that pool was closed when it’s still hot out. Enjoyed tennis/pickle ball court. Used the kayak launch- had to carry kayaks pretty far, but, doable. Back porch could use some maintenance. Steps are warped, screen torn badly. Nice seats outside. Plenty of restaurants close. Beach & park close.

Great Location!

The location was convenient, the pool was fantastic, and the neighborhood was quiet. We appreciated being able to bring our dog, but agree with the other listings that the screen door needs to be repaired (we could not use the porch because it was too buggy due to the screen tear) and that the steps leading to the outdoor shower need fixing. Other areas could use updating, organizing (washing machine area and under sinks), or deep cleaning (stains on rugs/couches) - this did not bother us, but may affect some. Note to others - you do need to bring everything: sheets, bath towels, pool towels, kitchen sponges, hand towels, toilet paper, paper towels, kitchen towels, pillows, cleaning products, and any and all toiletries. Having to pack all of this stuff and do a major grocery order during the trip took away time we could have spent enjoying the area. I would have paid more to have even some of these amenities. We had a great time regardless - the owner was communicative and kind.

Great location

I stayed Th-Sunday with my 12 year old son. We had a great time. The property is in a great location and convenient to the Bethany Beach/boardwalk. We didn’t use the pool but it was right near the unit. Having the resident parking pass was handy. A few things that keep this place from getting a 5 star review is that it could use a deep cleaning as well as a paint job. I didn’t unpack any clothes into the drawers because they seemed dusty. The dish towel in the kitchen needed replacing and the blinds upstairs all need to be replaced-in one of the bedrooms they’re broken. Also, the master bathroom sink drain doesn’t open/close and is stuck in the closed position so water can’t go down, something the cleaning crew should have noticed. The floors are all hardwood with the exception of the bedrooms being carpeted. We did enjoy the screened in porch (the screen has a hole) as well as the Wi-Fi and washer/dryer. I brought my own towels and linens (as listed) but I think I would rather walk in and see a clean mattress pad as opposed to old quilts and pillows on the beds. It made things seem dusty and rundown. The kitchen seemed newer. Overall it was a good weekend but this place could be great.
