Walk to Sea Colony's private beach, pools and world-class tennis from this second floor 2-bedroom (and loft), 2-bath condo! Featuring a large private deck, this resort retreat's main level offers a living and dining area, well-equipped kitchen (with Keurig and a view of the lake), full hallway bath and two bedrooms, including the master suite. The coastal getaway offers wood flooring through the main level (with the exception of the kitchen). Accessible by spiral staircase, the loft offers foosball table and TV. Central air conditioning, washer, dryer and more. 3 TVs, 2 DVDs, Blu-ray, Keurig, WiFi. Sea Colony - The Premier Family Beach & Tennis Resort Community - features a half mile of private beach, 12 pools (2 indoor), world class tennis, fitness centers, activities for all ages, community shuttle and year-round security.
