Must try harder

Supposed to be a 3-bedded room but one was a put-you-up. Chose because of the wifi but it didn't work in the room. One member of staff argued saying it did work! Others staff more helpful but nothing could be done.

Las camas muy limpias y el colchón bueno. Me dieron una habitación al lado de la recepción, lo cual incluye demasiado ruido. La limpieza de la habitación, regular. El suelo no estaba correctamente limpio y había bastante suciedad.

Again a another lovely hotel!, fantastic welcome, from Sandra the receptionist on,it was a very, very wet day on Camino, and I arrived soaked through and very, tired, Sandra was great,, spoke English to me, which I always try in Spanish,I ca SPK but due to a hearing impaired , cannot make out words, she was great,when I explained it,so tired and wet,I couldn't find rm, she carried My bag and showed me where it was! fantastic!em as everywhere I've stayed on Camino! clean, had everything I needed! brilliant!10 out of 10 alone for welcome! great stay, very highly recommend! Thank you Sandra!

El hotel muy limpio y el personal muy amable, con parking para el coche gratis y muy bien ubicado. La única pega fue el ruido a la hora de dormír el sábado por la noche, no sabemos si porque había cerca alguna zona de fiesta y pasaban por allí, pero las voces no nos dejaron dormir bien.
