Set in a peaceful pine forest surrounded by 11 lakes, your own beach is just 250 meters away. Berlin is 40 minutes away, and the airport only 20 minutes.



The main villa accommodates 11 guests in three king-size bedrooms—two with balcony access—and two living rooms. Features include granite floors, floor-to-ceiling windows, a wood-burning stove, rain shower, and freestanding bathtub. There’s a fully equipped kitchen, separate coffee station, washer and dryer, high-speed Wi-Fi, and two workspaces. The property has a large fenced garden, three terraces, charcoal grill, parking for five cars, and secure bike storage in the garage. Bed linen and toiletries are included.



The private annex for 3 guests matches the villa’s style and is connected via the terrace. It offers a king-size bedroom, a single bed, a shower room, its own kitchen, and a washing machine. The annex is part of the estate but remains wonderfully private.
