"What a such a wonderful week at La Grange de Chatelus! We were three families (six adults, eight children) and we stayed for a week during August. The house is stunning, huge rooms, comfortable beds, amazing ensuites to all the bedrooms, multiple washing machines, tumble dryers and even two dishwashers. "The good points - lovely pool, very peaceful, friendly neighbours and cats. The not so good points - bedrooms awful, could not stand upright, and access to open the windows difficult. No latching on bedroom door, had to be wedged shut. Little clothes wardrobe space. Not suitable for young children and older adults due to the 27 steps from ground floor to the bedrooms.
