"We have stayed several times in the UP and this was our favorite property. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and we saw several deer walking around and an old sweet black lab that walks around the block. Host is always available and you can communicate with him at any time. The internet is very good for any remote workers or gamers, you will be just fine. "Our dogs loved the yard and home comfort of the cabin. Very close to quite a few waterfalls, the harbor and the Copper Peak ski jump. Awesome to bike from to all those spots or hike. Highly recommend if you have dogs. Sad we didn't get to try the pub next door, but we will next time!"

"This property is awesome - everybody (ages 12 to 75) in our group had a great time - the layout is really nice with the hot tub & sauna on the bottom floor with access to the outdoors and bedrooms for the teens down the corridor. "Well maintained condo in an old ski resort. Very clean and well supplied kitchen and bathroom. Host provided clear check in instructions and also checked in to make sure our stay was going well, which was nice! "We had such a wonderful couple days of peaceful serenity while staying at the Hannu Haus. There were do many special touches to the decor that added to the warmth & coziness of the log cabin. It had plenty of space to entertain and well thought out ideas for keeping children occupied. The coffee bar was exceptionally awesome and we all enjoyed the great coffee beverages that the Jura made!! I would give the Hannu -Hause 10 stars!! We hope to come back again!!"

"We were planning on cross country skiing but Mother Nature had other ideas. Lots of hiking near by, 6 min from town, was just the right size for the 4 of us! We enjoyed our stay and would rent again. To the owners may want to add more dish towels or a drainer for under drying rack and a new toaster as you have to unplug it to get the toast to come up."

"We were five friends visiting the UP for our annual ski trip and this was the most pleasant stay we've ever had! There was so much space for all of us to exist without feeling cramped. We enjoyed cooking breakfast and dinner in the well-equipped kitchen. The hot tub was so nice to relax our sore muscles. The non-skiers among us appreciated being in town to wander around to shops and cafes while the rest of us were on the slopes. It's clear a lot of care and love went into this apartment....
