"The information about the hotel said onsite parking options include a garage. This was NOT true. We had to park 200+ meters away in a public garage and pay to park. Very expensive garage! Handheld shower head was broken."

"Great place, especially if you have a car when it snows. It is around 1km away from all main sites by foot. The inclusion of unlimited access to Termy Zakopanskie is definitely a plus. We were in a triple room which was very large. Pool and kids area are in the adjacent hotel. House keeping lady was able to communicate in English more than most persons in Zakopane. "This property encompasses a couple of buildings and a large backyard. There is an open air restaurant on site for food and beverages. The friendly staff speaks English which was very helpful. It is a 5 minute walk to the town of Poprad for anyone who wants more dining options. Very nice stop close to the Tatra Mountains "

"The hotel was lovely, clean, comfortable rooms and a really welcoming atmosphere. The staff were always friendly and ready to assist. Its location was perfect for exploring Poprad and accessing the High Tatras. Breakfast was great, and I especially appreciated the sausages. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Poprad!"
