"This property was a great find! About a 9 minute walk from the train station. The host provided excellent check in instructions with videos. She was very responsive to communication throughout our stay. She certainly went above and beyond. The property is brand new, thoughtfully furnished and well stocked with everything you’d need in the kitchen. Lots of options for drinks and food only minutes away and a grocery store is steps away."

Bed was really comfortable and very quiet location.I think we were the first or one of the first to stay in the appartment and there were quite a few teething issues. No kettle, no toaster, no cutting knives, the washing machine didn’t plug in and there wasn’t a car parking space as described for the first night. "Big room. We came after 7:30 PM and the entrance door was closed. We had to call an Italian number and I was told what to do to get inside and in my room. Has an indoor garage. Next to the rail station are good restaurants, closing time is 10 PM or even 11 PM"

"We were traveling with elderly parents and had a one night stop in Tirano. The hotel was conveniently located very close to the train station. Very helpful when you have to drag lot of luggage on cobblestone paths. The staff was kind and helpful with all that we needed (directions, recommendations, etc.) The sister restaurant (just done the block) was lovely and the food was good! Note - If you want to take advantage of the prix fix menu as a hotel guest, you need to pre-pay at the hotel."
