Delightful place to stay

Well located hotel. Very welcoming hosts. Well appointed room with comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast. We appreciated the homemade cake on arrival. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Friendly B&B close to all amenities

Delightful surroundings of a very high standard made extra special with the addition of fresh flowers, delicious home baking, garden area and direct access from the free car park. Highly recommended.

Superb place

What an amazing place. Jane & Derek are the perfect hosts. The room was lovely and the bed was the most comfortable bed we've slept in anywhere we have stayed. There were lots of little extra touches as well, fresh milk for our tea/coffee in our room, a piece of cake to enjoy with our tea/coffee, also deodorant sprays for each of us, there was even a hot water bottle if it was chilly. Wallace Green Hall is very well placed to explore Berwick and only 10 minutes walk from the railway station although Derek offered to pick us up if we wanted him to. We only stayed for one night and it wasn't long enough.

Top class little B&B

This is a really nice little B&B. Great, clean, room with a MASSIVE bed and nice shower room. The owners are lovely and really helpful, they provided me with some recommendations for the evening along with a map of the area. The cooked breakfast was one of the best I have ever had (and I have had a few) and serve in a lovely big dining room. The hall is only a 5 minute walk to the seafront and there is a lovely little beach and cliff top walk. I only stayed for one night on business but if I was in the area again I would definitely stay here

Beautiful B&B within the walls of Berwick

Jane and Derek could not have been more welcoming. They facilitated an early check-in, offered lifts to and from the train station and looked after our bags after checking out until it was time to catch our train home. Wallace Green Hall has been beautifully restored by the owners. The room we stayed in was beautifully furnished, warm and cosy. The bed was extremely comfortable. Power shower was excellent. This is also possibly the quietest room we have ever stayed in even though Wallace Green is within the walls of Berwick with all shops and restaurants in easy walking distance. Breakfast was made to order and more than we could possibly eat. Plates of freshly baked banana bread were left in our room for our return from an afternoon of exploring. So many lovely touches. Would definitely stay at Wallace Green Hall again and highly recommend to others.

Great new B&B in the centre of Berwick

Very friendly owners, cake and biscuits on arrival, tastefully decorated and a magnificiently proportioned breakfast room. My room was warm, the bed was very comfortable, facilities are brand new and finished to a very high standard. I can't fault my brief stay. I would definitely reccomend this great B&B
