A beautiful property that was perfect for our needs. There were five adults and four children in our group and it catered, and was accessible, for all.
Supermarkets are close, the views are fantastic, and the house itself was clean and tidy. We had to switch the timer off on the heating as it was very cold with it on but the house warmed up very quickly and it was really warm after a while.
We would absolutely stay again and recommend it to anyone.
The house is perfect for a large group of people, lots of space, nice living area, big kitchen and dining space. The outdoor space was big and well maintained. We had a very nice stay and would come back.

We had a lovely holiday recently at Stonebank House.
We had a lovely holiday recently at Stonebank House. The house is in a superb location and is really handy for so many places. It is a large house, set in a lovely large garden, with wonderful sea views. It was clean and tidy and had all the equipment that you would need. A great house for a family holiday, we would definitely recommend it.
The House was very clean and tidy. We were eight persons and had enough space. The surrounding is very nice and you have a spectacular view to the sea.
Berwick with various supermarkets is near by and you get easily to Edinburgh and Glasgow by train.
We‘ve enjoyed our trip.

Lovely spacious house with all the required amenities.
Lovely spacious house with all the required amenities. The property is in a small hamlet with no facilities but is within a 7 minute drive of supermarkets and the pleasant town of Berwick.
There are some really nice places to visit very local to the house and we would particularly recommend Coldringham Sands, Eyemouth and a little further away North Berwick.
We also drove to Edinburgh, about 75 mins away and it was a very worthwhile day
The house was spotlessly clean with high ceilinged rooms and all the rooms were huge, there were 5 of us plus pets and never once did we feel crowded
The decor was simple but excellent with a pallet of pale calm colours in the various rooms
We would love to visit again

Lovely property in a quiet location with excellent views. Situated near many attractions. Property’s garden is much more mature than any pictures online portray. All equipment we needed and even more was available to use. Even had the log burner lit which was very cosy. Only downfall was a shortage of pillows which might have helped to enhance the bed comfort. Would definitely recommend this property.

My family and I had a great time at Stonebank house! We highly recommend it.
My family and I had a great time at Stonebank house! We highly recommend it. We had ten of us staying in the house and we mostly self catered. This was a little tricky because they only have one small under cabinet fridge and a freezer but we managed. They had a very good supply of utensils, dishes and cookware. We visited the shops down the road, a few miles away, for the things we needed. There wasn’t a ton to do locally (but mostly bc of Covid-19) so we did a lot of beach trips and they were beautiful beaches! The house had plenty of space, a large front and back garden with amazing views. The neighbours have a sheep farm and our children liked to watch them being fed. The neighbours were kind and didn’t mind. This is a very nice holiday home and I hope you choose it!

Stonebank house is the perfect location to get away with some privacy but if you’re forgetful like me the shops are down the road! Or you love a day out your only a small drive away from Berwick, Edinburgh, Seahouses, Bamburgh and more! The facilities were amazing and the home exceeded my overall expectations of the property! I only spoke to the host over the phone but they were so hospitable. Will DEFINITELY stay again!

A brilliant cottage, perfect for a break.
A brilliant cottage, perfect for a break. Plenty of room for 6 adults, a small child and a dog. Not far from the main road and Berwick upon Tweed. Great for visiting Eyemouth, St Abbs and even up to Edinburgh. We all really enjoyed our mini break and would recommend this cottage.
