"The good, clean, modern, convenient, good food options. The not so good, the elevators (a disaster), check in ( 3:45p room was not ready forced to up grade $100 to get a room, a bit bush league). I did really enjoy the concierge floor."

"They don’t have anyone on site in case of emergency, like the electronic key fails. And if you left the check in paper in your condo you have no way of contacting them for help. They need a better system!"

"There was absolutely no communication with anyone. I messaged many times with different questions or when the TV wasnt working. They never answered once. We had booked a 2 night stay but ended up leaving after the first night. This was my first experience with a host that ignores you. Good luck!"

"My only disappointment was that the cabin we were assigned had no electricity. To be fair, the website did say the rustic cabins have no electricity, but I missed that - that is on me. Nonetheless, it was comfortable and they provided some battery operated replica lamps that provided a soft lighting. ..."
